Perfections is a new state-of-the-art dry haircutting salon serving a specialized, high-end clientele in Montgomery and other neighborhoods
surrounding Cincinnati's East and Northeast sides and we have an opportunity for hairstylists.
Imagine working in a fun, team-based environment where you can make lasting memories and meaningful friendships!
You should have a minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in a busy, upscale salon. You should want to work where you will be paid top commission. You should be proficient in haircutting techniques, willing to learn and willing to offer only dry haircutting as the method of cutting. You will learn and develop technical proficiency in dry haircutting techniques.
You must be a self-starter, goal-driven and passionate about this profession.
A Design Team Member at Perfections will earn 43% commission on all service sales up to $600 per week. On service sales from $600.01 to $1200 per week, the Partner will earn 47% commission. On service sales from $1200.01 to $1800 per week, the Partner will earn 53% commission. On service sales $1800 and up, the Partner will earn 60% commission.
We provide Partner discounts on services and retail and extend those to the Partner’s family members. We observe the following as unpaid holidays:
Easter, Labor Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day. Full-time Partners are eligible for paid vacation after completing one full year of continued employment.
The stations have been ergonomically designed and each will hold a laptop computer that will be tied into our network and be linked directly into our server so you can make notes on your clients’ cards as you work.
